Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Crypto Bull Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing cryptobullacademy.com, the CryptoEdge analysis engine, our APIs, or any related content (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides speculative market commentary, educational content, community access, and analytical tools related to publicly traded cryptocurrencies. We publish phase classifications, scenario probabilities, projected targets, and other analytical outputs generated by the CryptoEdge engine from publicly available market data.

The Service is not:

• Financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.
• A solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
• A guaranteed prediction of future prices or returns.
• A personalized investment plan tailored to your circumstances.
• A regulated brokerage, custodian, or investment advisory service.

All published analysis is general in nature, speculative, and provided for educational and informational purposes only. You alone are responsible for evaluating its relevance to your circumstances and for any decisions you make.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13. Some features may not be available in certain jurisdictions; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.

You may use much of the Service without an account. Paid features, alerts, and certain personalized tools require registration. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a guide, subscription, or other paid offering, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours. We may add, modify, or discontinue offerings at any time.

One-time digital products (e.g. PDF guides): due to the instant-delivery nature of the goods, sales are final once the file is delivered. Where required by law (e.g. EU consumer rights), a 14-day right of withdrawal applies unless you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of that right at checkout.

Subscriptions: recurring fees renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with us or pass off our analysis as your own paid signals.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable rate limits.

All content on the Service — including software, models, charts, written commentary, and branding — is owned by Crypto Bull Academy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Service for your own non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them in any way without obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, or non-infringement. Market data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors or delays. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be accurate or profitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Crypto Bull Academy, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including (without limitation) trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypto Bull Academy and its operators from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including suspected breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Crypto Bull Academy is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws grant you rights to a different forum.
