Privacy Policy

Crypto Bull Academy ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use cryptobullacademy.com and related services (the "Service"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

We try to collect as little as possible. The information we may collect:

• You provide directly: email address if you subscribe to alerts or purchase a guide; webhook URLs you configure for bot integrations; any messages you send us.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers — Stripe handles that. We receive the transaction ID, last four digits, country, and status.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used in aggregate to operate the Service and prevent abuse. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking pixels.
• Client-side preferences: we use the browser's localStorage to remember your settings (e.g. dismissed disclaimer, alert preferences, anonymous user ID for subscriptions). This information stays on your device unless you explicitly subscribe to an alert.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Service.
• Deliver alerts and notifications you have subscribed to.
• Process payments and deliver purchased content.
• Communicate with you about your account, purchases, or support requests.
• Monitor and improve performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small set of trusted processors to operate the Service:

• Vercel — hosting and serverless infrastructure (United States).
• Stripe — payment processing (United States; subject to Stripe's own privacy policy).
• CryptoCompare and CoinGecko — public market data feeds. We query these on your behalf; they may log IPs as any web service does.
• Anthropic — large-language-model inference for the daily journal narration. Anthropic processes our prompts but does not receive your personal information.

Each processor is bound by its own terms and privacy policy.

We use a small number of strictly necessary technologies:

• localStorage for your preferences (no tracking).
• Session cookies for authentication (where you have an account).

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not use analytics that build long-term personal profiles. If we ever introduce analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting provider and update this policy.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, or to comply with legal requirements. Transactional records are typically kept for the period required by tax law (commonly 7 years). Alert subscriptions are deleted when you unsubscribe.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information (right to be forgotten).
• Object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

EU/UK residents (GDPR): the rights above apply. To exercise them, email privacy@cryptobullacademy.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), least-privilege access to production systems, and reliance on PCI-compliant processors like Stripe for sensitive data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our processors are located primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
