The full legal framework for using Crypto Bull Academy. We've written this in plain English. If anything is unclear, the intent is in the spirit, not the letter.

What we are

Crypto Bull Academy is an educational platform that analyzes cryptocurrency price structure using Wyckoff methodology and related technical analysis frameworks. We publish our analysis publicly, in calibrated language, with our track record visible to anyone who looks.

Our publications include daily journals, weekly theses, live engine reads on the signals page, paper-bot trade tape, and structural alerts. Everything is derived from publicly available market data (price + volume) using a transparent methodology that we explain openly.

What we are NOT

  • We are not a financial advisor. We are not registered with the SEC as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. We do not provide personalized investment advice to any individual based on their financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance.
  • We are not a commodity trading advisor. We are not registered with the CFTC or any self-regulatory organization under the Commodity Exchange Act. We do not provide trading advice on commodity futures or any regulated instrument.
  • We are not a broker-dealer. We do not solicit orders, execute trades on your behalf, custody funds, or act as counterparty to any transaction.
  • We do not provide signals. Our analysis describes what we observe in market structure. We do not tell you what to buy, when to buy, how much to buy, or when to sell. Reading our analysis and acting on it is your own decision.
  • We do not guarantee outcomes. Past performance of the engine, the bot, or any specific call does not indicate future results. Markets change. Models that worked last year may fail this year. Our calibration loop is designed to detect this in real time, but it is not a guarantee.

Trading is risky

Trading cryptocurrencies — spot, derivatives, options, or any form — carries substantial risk of loss. You can lose all of the capital you commit, and in leveraged products you can lose more than your initial deposit. Most retail traders lose money over time. This is well-documented and not unique to crypto.

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose
  • Never use borrowed money or money required for living expenses
  • Never trade leverage you do not fully understand
  • Consider whether trading is appropriate for your situation
  • Consult a licensed financial professional for personalized advice

The educational analysis we provide is intended to help you understand markets better. It is not a substitute for the judgment, due diligence, or risk management that any trading decision requires.

The paper bot is not a tradable product

We operate a paper-trading bot publicly to demonstrate our methodology in real-time. The bot does not trade with real money. It does not place orders on any exchange. It does not execute trades. It runs against simulated capital with simulated fills.

The bot is a demonstration tool. It is not for sale, not for copy-trading, and not available to subscribers as an execution service. Its purpose is to show — transparently and over time — whether our analysis methodology produces measurable returns when applied with consistent risk management.

You should not assume that copying the bot's trades with real money would produce equivalent results. Real trading involves slippage, fees, partial fills, opportunity cost, and emotional decision-making that paper trading cannot replicate.

Regulatory framing

Crypto Bull Academy is a publisher of educational financial analysis. Our content is published broadly to a general audience, not tailored to any individual subscriber's situation. We rely on the SEC's longstanding position that publishers of bona fide financial publications are not investment advisers when they meet the criteria in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985):

  • Publications are bona fide (genuine, not a guise for personalized advice)
  • Of regular and general circulation (not occasional/episodic)
  • Not promotional vehicles for any specific transaction or security

Our subscription product follows the same model. All subscribers receive identical analysis. We do not customize content based on subscriber finances. We do not recommend specific allocations, position sizes, or entry/exit points for any individual.

Subscription terms

The Base subscription is $49.99/month, billed monthly via Stripe. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial during which no charge is made. Cancellation during the trial results in $0 charged. Cancellation after the trial stops future billing but does not refund the current month.
